Qualifications
Your ResponsibilitiesMap Production Leadership:Analyze maps pre-production to optimize delivery timelines. Ensure maps reflect the intended mood and atmosphere defined in initial concepts. Enhance map quality through iterative processes to achieve a polished final product. Collaborate closely with the Level Design team to minimize rework during production stages. Set up map production spaces in accordance with established best practices. Work with the Narrative Design team to integrate game narratives and branding into maps. Coordinate with the Art Manager to establish schedules for map iterations to ensure timely deliveries. Hands-On Level Artist and Team Management:Lead a team of Level Artists, providing ongoing feedback and guidance. Actively participate in map production as a lead level artist. Organize and delegate tasks, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met. Monitor consistency and quality across all map areas. Partner with environment artists to uphold overall quality and artistic direction of map elements.
