Assembler (1st Shift)

Your Responsibilities
The Assembler is vital in manufacturing high-quality window and glass products. This hands-on role involves assembling window systems, installing components, applying sealants, and inspecting finished units for quality. Assemblers work on flow line and bench production stations, contributing to a collaborative team environment where safety, precision, and quality are paramount.
- Set up production stations in accordance with job specifications.
- Operate air-powered tools and departmental machinery to assemble components.
- Clean, seal, and apply weather stripping to windows and frames.
- Utilize tape measures, drills, and other tools to install hardware and glass.
- Fabricate and hang sashes.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products.
- Prepare items for shipping and production.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to company quality standards and standard operating procedures.
- Lead and support team efforts as necessary.
- Engage in OSHA safety training and follow all PPE & JSA guidelines.
Successful candidates in this role must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily.
