Schedule: Sunday to Wednesday - 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations into internal theft while adhering to company policies and AP leadership guidance.
- Analyze and identify theft trends utilizing advanced technology, reporting tools, and surveillance measures.
- Foster a culture of theft prevention by executing action plans from AP leadership to minimize loss through improved procedures and standards.
- Identify and escalate theft issues, supporting internal investigations as directed by AP leadership.
- Gather intelligence and communicate key issues to prevent theft effectively.
- Utilize video surveillance systems to monitor theft activities and assist in internal cases.
- Respond to incidents and ensure all necessary documentation is submitted in compliance with AP standards.
- Promote a culture of safety and security among employees by setting an exemplary standard.
- Deliver a supportive working experience that meets the needs of both team members and management.
- Uphold a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance within the organization.
- Perform additional duties as required in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with HR, ER, LR, and Operations to prioritize the health and safety of employees at HelloFresh.
- Assist safety and management teams during investigations of accidents or injuries.
- Support the site’s emergency action plan and coordinate with local first responders when necessary.
- Apply continuous improvement principles to enhance standards and outcomes.
- Build rapport and communicate effectively at all levels, acting as a trusted advisor to the business.
- Identify and resolve ambiguous situations, focusing on achieving goals and enhancing efficiency.
- Diagnose system errors and identify resolution options to complete tasks efficiently.
