Supporting the delivery of a market-leading pipeline of hybrid tomato and pepper varieties.
Contributing to the development of lines, hybrid breeding, early-stage trials, and product advancement activities to deliver a competitive product pipeline to market.
Working closely with R&D and Breeding Operations teams to ensure the successful execution of nurseries and trials.
Developing expertise in tomato and pepper crop biology, database management, and Syngenta's breeding workflows.
Supporting the successful execution of nursery experiments and yield trials for pepper and tomato.
Collecting data and field notes on agronomic traits in pure line and hybrid trials.
