As an integral part of our culinary team, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring seamless production processes while adhering to our company's high standards.
- Mastering a variety of recipes and maintaining the quality of our culinary output.
- Contributing creatively to the development of new dishes.
- Exhibiting expertise in culinary preparation and sushi creation techniques.
- Skillfully filleting whole fish and maintaining the production log.
- Complying with HACCP standards to ensure food safety and hygiene.
- Managing inventory, overseeing stock levels, and receiving orders efficiently.
- Leading and energizing the kiosk team.
- Offering innovative suggestions for menu design, monthly specials, and overall culinary offerings.
- Training team members and ensuring they are well-versed in new processes and recipes.
Shifts will vary based on your schedule:
Start time: between 6 AM and 11 AM
End time: between 2 PM and 7 PM
