Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Partner with the Head Coach on recruitment, onboarding, and training efforts while cultivating a culture of trust and recognition. Anticipate operational needs and adjust staffing to ensure seamless operations.
- Food Safety and Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance. Collaborate with the Head Coach to swiftly address any facility or supply issues while prioritizing team member safety.
- Guest Experience Enhancement: Uphold our brand standards to deliver a clean and inviting atmosphere. Utilize guest feedback to make informed business decisions that enhance both in-store and digital experiences.
- Financial Management: Drive operational effectiveness by managing costs and schedules, while working closely with the Head Coach to boost sales through strategic insights.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient team deployment and effective use of systems, troubleshooting as needed to maintain smooth operations.
- Career Development: Execute essential functions outlined in the Shift Leader role, with the opportunity to grow into leadership positions.
