DREAM, originally founded as Harlem RBI in 1991, is dedicated to providing transformative educational opportunities and community support to over 2,500 youth in East Harlem and the South Bronx. Our network consists of seven PreK-12, extended-day, extended-year charter schools, alongside community sports-based youth development initiatives. As the Assistant Dean of Student Life, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing DREAM's after-school, summer, enrichment, and athletic programs while fostering a positive culture and outcomes for students and their families. Reporting to the Dean of Student Life, your responsibilities will include designing and implementing high-quality after-school and summer programs in alignment with DREAM’s commitment to nurturing the Whole Child.
