In this role, you will strategically plan, guide, and support the management of human resources at the headquarters as well as across the company's subsidiaries.
Your Responsibilities
Establish an effective partnership with the executive team to identify strategic HR issues, communicate them to the relevant stakeholders, and formulate appropriate recommendations;
Act as a business partner to managers by advising them on work organization and optimizing human resource management;
Contribute to corporate projects and ensure that HR programs, initiatives, and policies support business objectives, comply with legal obligations, and reflect the culture and values of the organization;
Ensure the effective functioning of executive and professional recruitment by supporting the talent acquisition team;
Apply laws, regulations, policies, and practices related to human resource management.
