- Play a key role in formulating and implementing HR strategies and policies organization-wide.
- Manage daily HR functions encompassing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Work collaboratively with department leaders to identify and resolve HR challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
- Lead and nurture a talented team of HR professionals, promoting their career advancement and professional development.
- Oversee the enhancement and implementation of HR systems and processes for optimal efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to Egyptian labor laws and regulations, maintaining compliance at all levels.
- Design and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Support budget planning and resource allocation for the HR department.
- Conduct periodic HR audits and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR issues and organizational development strategies.
