What Challenge Will You Take On?
Utilize your expertise to assist clients with severe psychiatric disorders from their own living environment. We are seeking a medical assistant to join our FACT team at GGZ Rivierduinen in Alphen aan den Rijn North.
As a medical assistant within our FACT team, you will work under the supervision of a psychiatrist to diagnose and treat clients with serious psychiatric disorders (EPA). You will focus on somatic complaints and medical treatments, providing care both at our facility and in clients' homes. The FACT teams at GGZ Rivierduinen operate outreach services to prevent hospital admissions and collaborate extensively with social domain partners. Given the complexity and diversity of our target group, as well as the interaction with external partners, this is an ideal learning environment to prepare for further training, such as the A-opleiding or family physician training.
As a medical assistant, you will participate in the crisis service for approximately 8 hours per week and engage in ANIOS education. You will have the opportunity to observe and learn about various psychotherapeutic treatments.
