Assistant Finance Manager
- Support the Director of Finance in all financial operations, including reporting, analysis, and treasury functions.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather data for variance and trend analysis, conduct market research, and consolidate findings to facilitate decision-making.
- Prepare and review financial materials, reports, and presentations for senior management, board meetings, and community events.
- Assist in designing and implementing new finance and procurement templates to enhance digital processes.
- Oversee the Accounts Payable (AP) team to ensure timely processing of payments and reimbursements.
- Contribute to Accounts Receivable (AR) initiatives, including policy formulation and GST migration projects.
- Supervise the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and bank reconciliations.
- Act as the primary contact for fundraising events, managing internal approval processes and donation records.
- Develop and monitor cash flow forecasts and manage bank and investment activities.
- Ensure budget compliance by reviewing and monitoring budget versus actual reports and addressing any issues with relevant departments.
