Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will possess:A minimum of 12 months of supervisory experience in a similar capacity.At least 3 years of experience in a restaurant or hotel setting.A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Outstanding customer service skills with a guest-centric approach.High levels of self-motivation, initiative, and confidence.A Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred but not essential).Good knowledge of alcohol and beverage service (preferred but not essential).Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

We are seeking a passionate and service-oriented Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to become an integral part of our team in a full-time capacity.
In this pivotal leadership role, you will manage the daily operations of our restaurant and event spaces, ensuring that every guest experiences exceptional service and presentation. You will lead by example, motivate your team, and collaborate closely with the kitchen to uphold our esteemed standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations of the restaurant and bar.
- Showcase the resort’s food and beverage offerings with an in-depth knowledge of menus and specials.
- Work alongside the kitchen staff during service to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Mentor and support Food & Beverage Attendants, focusing on their training and development.
Shift Details (subject to change):
- Breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts.
- Rotating roster from Monday to Sunday.
- Split shifts may be required on certain days.
