Join our dynamic team at The Clarence Hotel Sydney as an Assistant Front Office Manager. In collaboration with our Front Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in supervising daily Front Office operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Your Responsibilities:
- Inspire, guide, and empower the Front Office team to uphold our commitment to outstanding service quality.
- Enhance team performance through effective loyalty program enrollment, upselling strategies, and guest satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and other departments to facilitate seamless daily operations.
- Assist in the training, performance management, and professional growth of Front Office staff.
- Analyze guest feedback, reports, and service metrics to foster continuous enhancement.
- Oversee reservation management.
- Utilize Fastcom reporting tools effectively.
- Manage operations through Oracle Nor1 and Opera Cloud systems.
