Brand Ambassador
Help bring the Krystal brand to life within the restaurant.
- Collaborate with the Restaurant General Manager on community engagement through local marketing and events.
- Assist with company-wide promotions, product launches, and tastings.
- Support execution of local marketing initiatives.
Business Acumen
Balance exceptional employee and guest experiences with achieving financial targets.
- Implement Krystal's operating systems effectively.
- Assist in developing sales forecasts and staffing schedules to ensure quality service.
- Monitor daily business metrics, including previous day numbers and cash management.
- Evaluate inventory efficiency and manage product orders.
- Analyze food costs and oversee inventory management.
