DECIMA FORMATION, a member of the OMERIS network, is a training organization located in Lyon, specializing in medical-social sector training for clients such as nursing homes, hospitals, and personal service organizations.
Part of the Human Resources department of the OMERIS network, DECIMA is also responsible for managing the skills development plan for its 900 employees.
Founded in 2006, DECIMA is a small structure that collaborates with around ten independent trainers and delivers over 10,000 hours of training annually.

Under the supervision of the Center Manager and in collaboration with the Training Officer, you will play a key role in modernizing our training offerings:
Digital Pedagogical Engineering: Participate in the creation and design of e-learning training modules (content digitization, pedagogical structuring).
Implementation of the Skills Development Plan: Assist the Training Officer in executing the 2027 plan for the entire OMERIS network.
Continuous Improvement (Qualiopi): Learn about the Qualiopi standards and contribute to optimizing our quality processes.
