Role Overview:
As the Assistant Manager of our restaurant, you will play a vital role in leading the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Your leadership will set the standard for quality, safety, and cleanliness, ensuring that our guests leave satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a culture of outstanding service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist in hiring, training, and coaching team members.

- Implement effective restaurant controls, particularly in cash and inventory management.
- Set ambitious goals for service, operations, and financial performance, and strive to meet them.
Working closely with the General Manager, you will contribute to high performance in:

- Utilizing all systems and tools, including the Systems Board and RTI Task Lists
