KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee the operations during your shift, including cost control, inventory management, cash handling, and excellent customer relations. You will lead by example and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures by your team.
Additional responsibilities include staffing, paperwork management, food safety, maintaining store cleanliness, marketing initiatives, and ensuring profitability. Your punctuality and attendance will set the standard for your team.

GENERAL DUTIES FOR ALL TEAM MEMBERS
· Operate all equipment.
· Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and work areas.
· Prepare products to meet customer demands.
· Process telephone orders efficiently.
· Maintain inventory and complete required paperwork.
· Clean equipment and facilities daily.
TRAINING
On-the-job orientation and training will be provided.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
· Ability to understand and provide written instructions.
· Excellent verbal communication skills with customers and colleagues.
