Your responsibilities will include food preparation, managing deliveries, handling nightly deposits, and performing essential paperwork in the absence of the General Manager. Strong cash management, people management, and time management skills are essential for this position.
In this physically demanding role, you may be required to work outdoors in varying climates, navigate a noisy environment, and handle moving mechanical parts, as well as potentially dangerous equipment. You must be prepared to engage in repetitive hand movements, stand for extended periods, and perform various physical activities including bending, twisting, reaching, crouching, or kneeling.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting nightly inventory and supply counts
- Analyzing labor costs and sales metrics continuously
- Ensuring cleanliness of the facility and equipment according to company standards
- Supervising employees efficiently
- Conducting interviews and onboarding new hires
- Preparing and packaging food products
- Maintaining cleanliness and functionality of the store and its equipment
- Managing commissary deliveries
