Position: Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee all operations during your shift, ensuring optimal cost, inventory, and cash management while fostering excellent customer relations.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Executing all tasks of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
- Supervising a team of 3 to 15 employees during your shift.
- Welcoming customers and taking orders with enthusiasm.
- Handling cash register operations and processing customer payments.
- Preparing food products according to Domino's Pizza standards.
- Delivering products safely and courteously to customers.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area from a customer's perspective.
- Upholding a professional appearance in line with Domino's Grooming Standards.
What We Seek:
- Previous experience in a leadership role is essential, with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- A clean driving record and the capability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. Safety is our priority, and we require responsible drivers with access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
- A positive attitude and exemplary leadership skills, demonstrating punctuality and professionalism with both customers and coworkers.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
