Key Responsibilities:
- Business Leadership: Manage inventory costs and conduct regular inventory inspections; place and receive orders; ensure asset maintenance and compliance with company standards.
- Guest Experience: Actively engage with guests to address concerns and ensure their satisfaction; motivate the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
- Team Development: Oversee recruitment and onboarding of new employees; create schedules and foster a positive work culture; enhance the skills of shift leaders to elevate the team's performance.
- Operational Management: Guide the restaurant team in efficient product preparation and service; uphold brand standards and implement necessary adjustments based on operational assessments.
