This is an engaging, hands-on position ideal for someone with a strong customer service focus who can lead by example in upholding our brand standards. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing all guest arrivals and departures, ensuring compliance with room allocation and check-in/out procedures.
Managing staff tasks to guarantee the delivery of top-notch service and adherence to departmental standards.
Reviewing and implementing operational procedures.
Communicating with the Hotel Manager regarding guest services and operational matters.
Supervising shift handover processes.
Coordinating with other hotel departments on general administration and operational issues.
Maintaining a management presence by effectively addressing guest needs and complaints.
