General Duties:

Customer Service:
- Deliver an outstanding guest service experience, meeting key performance indicators.
- Ensure adequate shift coverage while adhering to labor guidelines.
- Support training for team members in handling service issues effectively.
- Motive and mentor team members to enhance guest product knowledge and service.
- Engage with the community and guests to promote all products and services.
Operational Excellence:
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures diligently.
- Maintain high standards for store maintenance and administration.
- Order supplies efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Provide regular feedback to team members; support disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Manage shifts and deploy team members based on business needs.
- Communicate effectively to ensure smooth shift and store operations.
- Uphold food safety, cash handling, and operational policies, ensuring team compliance.
