Key Responsibilities:
- Utilizing your expertise in Corporate, Company, or Fiscal law, you will oversee the daily administrative and legal processes for our diverse and intricate client portfolios, including real estate and corporate entities, such as trusts and companies.
- Your organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail are crucial as you handle inquiries related to the legal aspects of holding companies independently.
- You will foster robust relationships with both current and prospective clients, banks, and other stakeholders, ensuring we deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs while adhering to legal and contractual standards.
- With the evolving landscape of compliance and regulations, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to KYC obligations by preparing, monitoring, and maintaining comprehensive client files to mitigate risks.
- You will mentor junior team members and provide constructive feedback on their work.
- Leading board and shareholder meetings, you will review and validate the associated minutes, agreements, and documentation.

Client Delivery Cluster:
- Acquire a thorough understanding of client agreements, Scope of Work (SOW), SLAs, and other relevant information to effectively review and prepare deliverables.
- Monitor the Indian Cosec team to ensure that all necessary information, data, and documentation are received timely for deliverable preparation and address any issues as needed.
- Ensure the consistency and quality of deliverables within established timelines.
- Provide support on timelines and address quality-related issues as required.
- Communicate the team's review comments and follow up on any pending points for preparers as necessary.
- Conduct research to interpret client requirements accurately.
- Assist in compiling reports on compliance cases, detailing root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures promptly.
- Help enforce process standards across teams.
- Ensure that the client database and all reports are accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in tracking and reporting KPIs as agreed with the NL cluster.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Balance stakeholder needs by anticipating and addressing the requirements of multiple parties.
