Join our team as a dynamic Business Development professional with a Civil Engineering background aimed at propelling revenue growth for our Project Management (PM) vertical. This role will primarily focus on base build, greenfield, and interior fit-out projects. You will be tasked with identifying fresh business opportunities, managing critical client relationships, and ensuring that proposals are of the highest quality and aligned with our organizational strategy.
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Generate new business prospects for the Project Management vertical.
- Analyze and prioritize potential market segments for targeted growth.
- Drive revenue through new client acquisitions and effective key account management.
- Conduct meetings with clients to establish strong, long-term relationships.
Proposal & Bid Management
- Craft tailored business proposals and commercial submissions.
- Review and respond to RFPs, RFQs, and EOIs with precision.
- Ensure all proposals are accurate, detailed, and submitted promptly.
- Collaborate with internal BD and PMC teams to present technically robust and competitive bids.
Strategic Contribution
- Assist in the formulation and execution of the strategic vision for the PM business.
- Provide insights and updates on potential clients, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Contribute to management decisions with data-driven insights from business development activities.
Coordination & Collaboration
- Engage closely with the Project Management Consultants (PMC) team for proposal support, client presentations, and solution development.
- Coordinate with various internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive proposal delivery and client engagement.
