We are on the lookout for a driven Project Manager to play a pivotal role in overseeing manufacturing projects from inception to completion. This position is particularly suited for individuals with over 4 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or production, who are eager to pivot into project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the strategic planning, tracking, and execution of manufacturing projects.
- Develop and coordinate sample production.
- Manage MAE ordering processes and tracking.
- Plan and track capital expenditures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Sales, CTG, Engineering, etc.) to ensure project tasks are completed on time.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, reports, and action trackers.
- Support project budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management efforts.
- Monitor daily project progress and proactively address any delays or issues.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during project execution.
- Participate in project review meetings and provide regular status updates.
- Create simple dashboards to track key performance indicators such as timelines.
- Coordinate localization activities within the manufacturing team.
- Engage with the global team on new export projects.
- Act as ECR Coordinator.
- Handle PDM role for BOM release for all new part numbers.
- Utilize SAP POE module (MM, CS, CA, and new development modules).
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of project lifecycle and manufacturing processes.
- Proficient in tools such as MS Excel, MS Project, SAP, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude and a strong desire to learn.
- Familiarity with digital tools is a plus.
