Key Responsibilities:
- Foster and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective High Net Worth clients and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor the client service team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Manage queries across various social media platforms in collaboration with the team.
- Delegate, coach, and oversee outbound and inbound calls made by the client service team to drive sales and provide support.
- Generate sales reports to guarantee efficient sales operations within the team.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all managed clients, ensuring the highest standards of client service.
- Offer a sincere advisory approach to client interactions.
- Apply effective sales techniques to meet sales objectives.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
