Key Responsibilities:
1. Familiarize yourself with all policies, procedures, and training initiatives to effectively manage the store in the absence of the General Manager.
2. Create a welcoming environment for customers, ensuring that team members are responsive, courteous, and service-oriented.
3. Supervise the preparation and serving of food and products in accordance with brand standards, including portion control and presentation.
4. Collaborate with team members to complete opening, closing, and preparation tasks.
5. Engage in hands-on management by preparing food, serving customers, and coordinating deliveries.
6. Promote company and store goals in sales, service quality, and cleanliness through employee training and fostering a positive work environment.
7. Maintain strict adherence to cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
8. Fill in as necessary to uphold customer service standards and operational efficiency.
9. Assist in product management by verifying product counts and conditions upon delivery, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
10. Identify opportunities to positively impact labor and food costs.
11. Aid in labor scheduling based on anticipated business needs while ensuring adequate staffing and cost management.
12. Stay informed about human resources policies.
13. Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to General and Regional Managers.
14. Enhance professional knowledge through workshops and relevant publications.
15. Perform additional duties as assigned.
