What We Are Looking For:
- Delivering fast and accurate service while ensuring positive guest experiences and adherence to company quality standards.
- Ensuring compliance with Occupational Safety & Health Act, local health and safety regulations, and company safety protocols.
- Supporting Profit & Loss management through effective cash control, inventory maintenance, labor management, financial report analysis, and appropriate action-taking.
- Assisting the Restaurant Manager in the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes for new team members.
- Conducting performance evaluations, implementing disciplinary actions when necessary, and fostering motivation and training within the team.
- Maintaining company standards for equipment, facilities, and grounds through a preventative maintenance program.
- Guaranteeing food quality and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
- Executing corporate and local marketing plans promptly and completely.
- Participating in hiring and firing decisions.
