Your Impactful Role
As the Assistant Manager of Performance Marketing & Paid Media, you will spearhead the daily marketing strategies and operations for Grab's e-commerce sector across Southeast Asia. Your mission will be to drive user acquisition, GMV growth, and enhance cross-product adoption while collaborating with key stakeholders. You'll also lead projects aimed at fostering efficiency and performance growth in our business verticals.
You will report directly to the Performance Marketing Lead for SEA, and the role is based at our Petaling Jaya office.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Funnel GMV Growth: Champion the growth and performance of our e-commerce app across all Southeast Asian markets by executing multi-channel strategies including Meta, Google, TikTok, and Apple Search to meet GMV, ROAS, and conversion cost objectives.
- Data Attribution & Strategic Optimization: Conduct in-depth analyses of cross-channel data with a strong focus on Attribution Modeling. Adjust budget allocations in real-time based on attribution insights to maximize traffic value.
- Creative & Product Synergy: Collaborate with the creative team to generate localized assets that resonate with SEA's diverse cultural landscape. Provide actionable feedback to the product team to enhance on-platform conversion rates based on campaign insights.
- Growth Methodology: Identify and experiment with new, high-efficiency growth strategies within the Southeast Asian market, transitioning from execution to the establishment of scalable growth frameworks.
