Key Responsibilities:Lead a dedicated team of 5-7 members, managing performance tracking, resource allocation, and workflow adjustments to enhance efficiency and adapt to changing demands.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators for pricing initiatives, identifying trends and employing data-driven strategies to improve results.Assess process inefficiencies and provide actionable insights to optimize workflows and project outcomes.Conduct quality evaluations of temporary staff outputs, offering targeted training and coaching to close performance gaps and increase accuracy.Basic Requirements:Demonstrated experience in operational analysis or a related role.Exceptional attention to detail, with a patient, proactive approach and strong independent problem-solving skills.Effective communication and presentation abilities, with a capacity to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:Strong analytical skills, with familiarity in tools such as SQL, Python, and data visualization software like Tableau.
