Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated QSR Assistant Manager to assist in the management of our restaurant operations. This role involves supporting the management team in the oversight of daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading the team to meet operational objectives. Your leadership will be essential in upholding our high standards and creating a welcoming dining environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, food preparation, and customer service.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and effectively address customer complaints or concerns.
- Support the recruitment, training, and development of team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining adequate stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards according to health regulations.
- Help oversee financial operations, including tracking sales and controlling costs.
- Collaborate with management to implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain the restaurant’s quality standards, ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere for guests.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in a QSR or fast-food environment in a supervisory capacity is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Basic knowledge of financial management and inventory control.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and health regulations.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving items weighing up to 30-50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a hot and fast-paced environment.
