This role aims to effectively translate the deployed strategy and business objectives into actionable technical inputs that align with customer needs and regulatory standards. The focus is on establishing a manufacturing value stream that meets stakeholder expectations while enhancing efficiency and achieving operational excellence.
Technical Capacity Management: Plan and develop a manufacturing value addition flow utilizing resources such as space, MAE, testing, and handling to ensure consistent production and delivery of products that comply with engineering and regulatory requirements.
Value Stream Planning: Actively monitor both internal and external requirements, including business unit and plant objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and lead projects aimed at driving the value stream toward future state goals.
Control of Production Processes: Establish, document, and refine processes that include CpK studies and control plans to manage production effectively, ensuring zero defects in products.
Budget Planning & Cost Management: Prepare and propose budgets for operational needs, tracking expenditures to ensure adherence to financial targets.
Risk Analysis & Contingency Planning: Identify and evaluate potential risks that could impact product delivery and quality. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate these risks.
Problem Solving & Corrective Actions: Analyze deviations in manufacturing standards, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures to minimize customer impact.
MAE, Tooling & Consumable Planning: Conduct market research for technology suppliers, initiate procurement processes, and ensure the acquisition of necessary tools and technology.
