About the job
- Conduct comprehensive analysis and optimization of operational workflows to enhance efficiency and overall performance within all training functions.
- Manage daily training operations, including the preparation and organization of course materials, coordination with trainers, participants, and stakeholders, oversight of course evaluations, and issuance of receipts.
- Oversee cost allocation, payment processing, and the preparation of financial and operational reports.
- Develop, update, and ensure compliance with procedural manuals and routine reporting documents.
- Assist with internal and external audit activities (e.g., IRCA).
- Knowledge of GSF, MATF, CEF, HKCAAVQ, and related schemes is a distinct advantage.
- Collaborate closely with the supervisor to meet annual objectives, including sales and revenue targets, new program development, and strategic initiatives related to training and operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
