Role Overview
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Assistant Operations Manager to enhance our Production team’s efficiency and effectiveness in delivering top-notch projects. You will collaborate closely with the Production Manager to oversee crew coordination, manage job workflows, control project costs, and uphold operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
This role is perfect for a candidate with experience in construction or field operations who thrives on balancing people, processes, and performance in a dynamic, results-oriented setting. Please note that approximately 80–90% of this position involves on-site work.
