In this pivotal leadership role, you will collaborate closely with faculty, staff, and families to create a structured, inclusive, and supportive educational environment for students aged 5 to 21. This position demands effective leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a genuine commitment to fostering the academic, social, and emotional development of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Principal in the comprehensive administration and management of the school, ensuring alignment with Gersh Autism’s mission and educational philosophy.
Oversee employee timecards through the payroll system.
Supervise instructional programs, evaluate lesson plans, observe classes, and promote a variety of instructional strategies in line with educational research.
