- Engage actively throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to completion.
- Possess comprehensive expertise in Electrical, HVAC, fire alarm systems, plumbing, and fire fighting disciplines.
- Assist in developing technical design briefs, analyzing designs, and coordinating efforts with multiple vendors.
- Demonstrate experience in sustainability practices, including LEED and related concepts.
- Review MEP specifications, interpret contracts, and engage in technical and commercial negotiations with vendors.
- Lead and supervise a team while coordinating onsite MEP construction activities efficiently.
- Review, analyze, and redesign MEP drawings and material schedules, ensuring cost control and timely project completion.
- Facilitate coordination of all electro-mechanical activities with clients, consultants, suppliers, site engineers, and subcontractors, including preparing variations and negotiations.
- Provide clear interpretations of plans, project scopes, detail sheets, and specifications to MEP contractors, subcontractors, and engineers to foster mutual understanding of project objectives.
