Primary Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Property Manager (APM), you will be a pivotal role model and a people-centric leader. Your enthusiasm for apartment living and community engagement will create memorable experiences for our residents. With your quick thinking and attention to detail, you will excel in our dynamic environment.
- Lead by example, embodying Bozzuto’s core values and culture
- Meet financial targets through effective rent collection and delinquency management
- Enhance sales and marketing efforts by conducting engaging and personalized community tours that result in new leases
- Build brand loyalty by ensuring every resident interaction is positive
- Maintain the community’s aesthetic excellence and ensure the team represents the Bozzuto brand professionally
- Coach, mentor, and inspire team members
- Be available to work weekends as needed to accommodate prospective residents — typically one to two weekends per month with two weekdays off
- Take on leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Property Manager
