Assistant Restaurant Manager
Join the dynamic team at Burger King as an Assistant Restaurant Manager (AM) where your leadership will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The AM collaborates closely with the Restaurant General Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service while driving financial performance and employee growth. You will take charge of restaurant operations in the General Manager's absence, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with operational standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products, adhering to speed of service guidelines.
- Inspire and guide team members and Shift Supervisors to provide friendly and swift service in clean surroundings.
- Supervise and train team members and Shift Supervisors on operational processes and policies.
- Implement cash control and security procedures while managing inventory, labor, and financial reports to maximize results.
- Assist in enforcing compliance with regulations, operational policies, and health safety standards.
- Participate in the recruitment, hiring, training, and retention of talented team members.
- Make informed decisions regarding team discipline and terminations as needed.
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.
- Regular attendance for assigned shifts, meetings, and training is expected.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager or other company leaders.
