Your Responsibilities
In your role, you will ensure the efficient running of service and scheduling.
Coordinate and prioritize service requests.
Schedule technicians for repairs and service tasks.
Maintain communication with clients regarding scheduling and progress.
Process work orders, hours, and materials for invoicing.
Monitor quality, service levels, and customer satisfaction.
Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
Your Profile
A vocational diploma (MBO-4) in electrical engineering or a similar technical field.
Experience in a service department is a plus.
A keen interest in security technology.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure, be flexible, and maintain a customer-focused approach.
A proactive attitude with the ability to maintain oversight.
