Qualifications

You understand the importance of precise documentation in a logistics environment and can prioritize effectively in a dynamic workday.Requirements:• MBO work and thinking level, preferably in an administrative, logistical, or commercial direction• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative roles within a logistics or customer-oriented function• Experience with order processing and transport documentation is a plus• Proficient in both Dutch and English, spoken and written• Proactive work attitude and excellent communication skills• Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Outlook).

Join our dynamic Shipment Planning department, a vital part of our Supply Chain, ensuring timely, accurate, and condition-compliant delivery of goods. As an Assistant Shipment Planner, you will play a key role in the entire shipping process, with a strong emphasis on precise administration and effective customer communication.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Entering and managing transport orders in our system
• Creating and archiving shipping and customs documentation
• Processing waybills and associated documents
• Administrative processing of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Identifying and correcting discrepancies in logistical and administrative data
• Actively maintaining communication with customers (via phone and email) regarding shipments, deliveries, and documentation
• Collaborating with carriers and internal departments to ensure smooth deliveries
• Assisting in the generation of reports and overviews for logistical processes.
