- Business Acumen: Analyze business metrics to seize performance improvement opportunities and apply insights to drive results.
- Community Engagement: Organize in-store events and establish a strong presence in the local community.
Operational Oversight:
- Manage product lifecycle, including order fulfillment, inventory receipt, cycle counts, and adjustments.
- Ensure operational excellence through effective cash management and adherence to company initiatives.
