Key Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and fostering positive relationships with our clientele. You will guide and motivate team members to achieve their goals, manage employee performance effectively, and assist in operational strategies to enhance shift productivity. Additionally, you will assume managerial duties in the absence of the Store Manager, maintaining our company's values and culture at the store level. Flexibility to work 2nd and 3rd shifts, as well as weekends, is required.
