You will lead staff and oversee day-to-day operations while ensuring exceptional customer service and community engagement. Key Responsibilities:
Guide and motivate staff, program participants, donors, and customers to achieve production and sales targets while maintaining operational efficiency.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures, fostering a positive environment that reflects well on both internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and management skills, with a keen focus on customer satisfaction and detail.
Travel Requirements: Local travel may be necessary.
Compensation: External hiring range of up to $18.00/hour, along with a $1,000 retention bonus after 180 days of employment.
