Act as a cross-functional steward of system quality.Lead the migration of legacy user interfaces and ensure seamless integration of critical product surfaces (e.g., CTAs, checkout flows) powered by the system, actively boosting adoption across the ecosystem.Enhance Developer Experience (DX) by crafting intuitive, well-structured component APIs that balance flexibility with simplicity.Establish a world-class tool-to-code pipeline (Figma, Claude, Builder, etc.) to align design artifacts with production components and mitigate drift.Collaborate with Engineering on architectural decisions (CI/CD, token systems, distribution infrastructure) and support enforcement mechanisms (linting, token constraints) to uphold system integrity.Introduce and standardize AI-assisted workflows, structuring components for AI-friendly generation and integrating tools (Builder.io, Gemini, etc.) to bolster consistency.Mentor designers and engineers on best practices and system usage to foster a community of excellence.
