Your Impact
As an Assistant Guide, you will contribute to a mixed-age Montessori classroom (Infant, Toddler, and Children’s House ages 3–6), creating a serene and engaging atmosphere where children are encouraged to explore, learn, and thrive at their own pace.
The Montessori environment, along with your guidance, will play a crucial role in supporting each child's development. You will assist in crafting beautiful, intentional learning spaces and guiding children through individualized and small-group activities—with respect, patience, and care.
Your role will be pivotal in helping children build self-confidence and discover their potential.
What You’ll Do
- Carefully observe children to understand and address their unique needs.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining a beautiful, organized classroom environment.
- Support individual and small-group learning activities.
- Foster warm, respectful relationships with children and their families.
- Collaborate with Lead Guides and team members to cultivate a strong classroom community.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with children aged 3–6 in a school or childcare setting.
- A positive, adaptable, and collaborative attitude.
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Interest in learning and advancing within the Montessori framework (previous Montessori experience is a plus, but not required).
