Demonstrated ability to manage the delivery of complex projects within specified timelines.
Foster strong client relationships to ensure successful project execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams at Xceedance and clients to assess current processes and define future state objectives, contributing to the development of long-term strategic initiatives.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans for assigned initiatives.
Identify critical paths and establish success criteria for project completion.
Communicate proactively with stakeholders and process owners to ensure smooth project execution.
Facilitate weekly project review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Regularly prepare and report on project status updates.
Oversee governance activities for processes or accounts.
Complete PMP certification to enhance project management expertise within nine months of assuming the role.
