As an Associate Access Strategy Manager at AbbVie, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our payer-driven Value & Access strategy for existing and upcoming products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders to develop a comprehensive access strategy that integrates key components across the organization.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams on market access initiatives.
- Crafting impactful value propositions that resonate with payers, ensuring effective discussions around our products.
- Creating integrated payer value propositions and tools backed by robust evidence, tailored to different audience needs.
For new products and pipeline development, you will:
- Work collaboratively to align the Value & Access strategy with clinical evidence, patient needs, and commercial objectives.
- Contribute to defining integrated unmet needs, including value drivers and treatment pathways while assessing the payer landscape.
- Conduct competitive assessments and develop comprehensive payer value propositions and access plans.
- Evaluate potential positions from the payer's perspective, identifying data gaps and generating health economics evidence.
- Lead market access scenario building and risk assessments, contributing to business forecasting.
