Role Overview
Become a vital part of our elite team of accomplished Associate Account Managers. Our group consists of experienced professionals with backgrounds in selling to SMEs and enterprise-level clients. With a passion for maximizing technology investments, you will identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts. In this role, you will manage an established client base, focusing on increasing revenue through our premier solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Excel in a supportive yet independent environment with opportunities for personal growth as our organization evolves.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by managing a revenue quota within assigned accounts.
- Engage effectively with customers at the senior management level and build relationships with C-level executives.
- Assist clients in negotiating contract renewals, cross-sells, and upsells.
- Help clients set business and technical objectives through technical and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Maintain regular engagement with named customer accounts.
