Qualifications
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the design and implementation of automated manufacturing systems, controls, and workflows utilizing various hardware and software solutions.Support the integration of sensors, actuators, PLCs, HMIs, and robotic equipment into production lines.Develop and refine PLC logic, automation scripts, and control sequences under the mentorship of senior engineers.Troubleshoot automated systems and software to reduce downtime and enhance overall performance.Engage in the commissioning, validation, and testing of automation systems and production equipment.Create and execute test plans, simulations, and acceptance criteria to ensure system reliability and safety.Participate in robotic programming, setup, and optimization for manufacturing or testing applications.Maintain comprehensive technical documentation including wiring diagrams, procedures, and work instructions.Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for process improvement.Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Production teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Software, or related Engineering field.Experience0–3 years of experience in automation, controls, robotics, or related fields is preferred.
