As the Associate Case Processing Manager, you will take the lead of a dedicated team focused on ICSR management across various projects. Your role includes:
Directing and supervising the team's efforts to ensure effective ICSR management.
Managing the distribution of tasks for assigned projects while overseeing workflow processes to optimize efficiency.
Facilitating strong client relationships through effective ICSR management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting additional project team activities on behalf of both the client and the organization.
Line managing assigned ICSR staff and providing necessary guidance.
Establishing and maintaining project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities, including optimizing procedures and conducting training sessions to enhance team performance.
Collaborating with the ICSR Operational Lead to propose and implement process improvements.
Managing ICSR deviations with support from the ICSR Operational Lead.
Reviewing trackers and timesheet data for accuracy and compliance.
Participating in ICSR processing and conducting second quality checks on cases.
Acting as the subject matter expert for the assigned team and providing support to other SMEs.
